Makeup and Perfume Party Workshop

Sometimes it can be hard to think of an original idea to keep your guests entertained at parties. Maybe you're planning a hen do and need someone to bring the glitter? Or maybe you're in charge of your mother's surprise birthday bash and can't think what to do for a special treat? 

The Makeup and Perfume Party workshop combines a fun, creative activity with a bit of pampering! You'll get to blend up mineral pigments (all ethically and sustainably sourced) and yes, I'll bring the glitter too (only biodegradable of course)! I'll show you how to create your own unique shades of eyeshadow, blusher, bronzer, highlighter, whatever takes your fancy! Each person will end up with two personalised creations to take home with them, or to plaster over their face right away. We'll also have fun making our own perfumes. Using a traditional perfume base, the same as the perfumes you buy in the store, and the finest quality pure essential oils, we'll create your own signature scent to take home (if you'd rather avoid alcohol, or have very sensitive skin, I can also provide an alternative oil base for your perfume). I'll even provide a fancy atomiser for your creation to ensure it looks fabulous on a dressing table. And the room will smell heavenly for the rest of the night! 

I aim to make these workshops as fun as possible and am very flexible with how they run. If you have any special requests, just get in touch to discuss and let's create something magical!  

What's included:

- Fun workshop creating loose powder makeup products and alcohol-based perfumes (an oil-based alternative can be provided if you would prefer to avoid alcohol)

- Two pots of loose powder eyeshadow to take home (or blusher/highlighter/bronzer - your choice!) for each participant

- One bottle of perfume to take home for each participant

- Glass of bubbly/soft drink for each participant

- Lots of giggles!

Travel is also included up to a 25 mile radius of Gatwick Airport. Workshops can be booked further afield on request; please get in touch to discuss your requirements. 

I also offer this workshop for children's parties. I've found that it can work particularly well with children who have conditions affecting sensory processing, as there are lots of opportunity to smell the different oils and play around with bright colours.
